La Plataforma

The [M2] exhibition is a historical journey through the ephemeral installations of the artist. The displayed works are the physical memory of the installations. The material is the protagonist of each frame, measuring its weight in a square meter of color. It is the physical and lasting proof of ephemeral installations, remnants of the experience.

In addition to the displayed pieces, the space was also occupied with an ephemeral installation to celebrate AR-DE, the art and design circuit of Poblenou. For the closing, Penique completely transformed the gallery, dyeing it red with an ephemeral installation that occupied the entire space.

Penique productions was founded in 2007 at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona as a project focused on creating ephemeral installations.
