Per Henrik Adolfsson is a multidisciplinary artist currently based in Barcelona. With a background in Fine Arts, Photography, and Graphic Design, his practice spans over two decades of ongoing experimentation across visual media.
His work is known for its dreamlike and nostalgic tone, often described as ‘melancholic surrealism’, with themes that revolve around dualities, juxtapositions, transformation, and the subconscious – drawing the viewer into spaces where the real and imagined often blur.
Over the past decade, his solo exhibitions have included Coup de Grâce (2016) and The Tramuntana (2019) at La Plataforma, and most recently, Neuron Whispers (2023) at Potassi K19
